You must pay according to the number of holes booked, not according to the actual number of holes played, except in objective cases of unforeseeable circumstances where you cannot continue to play.

ChiLinh Golf provides Caddie booking service starting from January 1, 2023 with a fee of 200,000VND per person. You can book your own Caddie if that Caddie is still available.

The Customer Service Team will receive information, check with relevant departments and respond to customers within 24 working hours.

1. 1. For prepayment, Customers can pay via bank transfer.
2. 2. Onsite Payment: Unless paying by credit card, cash or otherwise agreed in writing, Customer/Partner will make the payment directly to ChiLinh Golf’s account.

Because of food safety and preserving the landscape environment, please do not bring outside food and beverages to the course. We have optional restaurants offering a la carte, fast food, beverages… to accommodate all your requests. If you decide bring your own food, ChiLinh Golf will not be responsible for the food safety of consumption of outside food.

ChiLinh Golf is open from 5:00 to 18:00 every day of the week.

Please note: The closing or opening hours can change depending on each period to suit the customer’s needs.

Customers are required to dress in proper attire while experiencing ChiLinh Golf’s services. Clothing such as jeans, shorts above the knee… are not considered acceptable.
